They are not separate products — they're two entry points into one River Business Corp structure. Owners enter through Property for Equity; qualified capital enters through Funds for Equity; both meet in one project-specific JV.

River Business Corp is the developer/sponsor and is unlicensed by design. The Florida contractor license and all permits sit with the licensed construction entity within the ecosystem, not with River.
